How do I book?The easiest way to book is online via the website, but if you are experiencing difficulty please call us, we are happy to help; Our phones are answered Monday - Friday: 9 am to 5 pm and 9 am to 2 pm on Saturday / Sunday. (01430 860461 or 07771 611316)

How do I pay?A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. We will invoice you for this via email as it becomes due. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made online via PayPal, either using a PayPal account or a credit/debit card using the link on your invoice.

Can I pay in installments?Yes, you can pay your booking off in installments by sending direct payments via Paypal to our email address - yellowcentral@hotmail.co.uk. A full 30% deposit is required when booking and the remaining balance is to be fully paid 6 weeks before your arrival date. Please reference your booking reference number in the payment notes. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival need to be paid in full at the time the booking is made.

What other charges are there?Towels are included - 1 x Bath Sheet and 1 x Hand Towel (per person) Robes and slippers can be booked. 2 x Robes are £17 (hire only), and 2 x Slippers (to keep) £8. There is also a list of optional extras to make your stay extra special, these will come up as available add ons when making a booking. Please note; all bedding (excluding travel cot bedding) is included with the package and there are no extra charges for gas or electricity!

​What are the arrival and departure times?The general arrival time is 4 pm (You may arrive at 2 pm for £30 extra). The general departure time is 10 am (You may depart at 11:30 am for £28 extra). Please note; We need 72 hours’ notice (before your holiday start date) if you wish to add these to your booking.

Can I stay for just one night?The minimum stay is two nights throughout the year (excluding Easter, Christmas, and New Year). One-night stays are available if there is a natural break in our availability calendar or on a last-minute basis (subject to availability). Please see the Special Offers page to view all available one-night stays. One-night stay offers include complimentary Early Arrival (2 pm) and Late Departure (11.30 am).

Are the lodges well equipped?The lodges have all the kitchen utensils you will need. There is an oven with hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron, and ironing board in each lodge. Some of our lodges also have a dishwasher. All have a dining area, and widescreen TV and DVD player in the living area. There will be some washing-up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets (where applicable), dishcloths, tea towels, bin bags, and a toilet roll in your lodge to get you started, but the lodges are self-catering so do bring your own consumables.

What should I bring with me?We recommend bringing a pair of flip flops for getting in and out of the hot tub, alternatively, you can purchase slippers from us. If you are wanting to fish, please bring your own equipment as we don't have any available to hire on site. We provide one hand towel and one bath sheet per guest staying. We advise bringing extra for use after the hot tub.

How far is the nearest pub/restaurant?The local village of Holme Upon Spalding Moor is located 2 miles from the park. As the road to the village is not footpath-ed all the way, there is a country walk leading straight to the village on an old, disused railway line. This is accessed from the park. Walking takes around an hour. Here you will find Ye Olde Red Lion and The Blacksmiths. There is also: The Black Swan, Foggathorpe - 1 mile (also walkable via the bridleway) The Black Horse, Seaton Ross - 3 miles The White Swan, Bubwith - 5 miles The Melbourne Arms, Melbourne - 6 miles The Boot and Shoe, Ellerton - 7 miles

Do all of the lodges have private hot tubs?Yes. Each lodge has its own private outdoor hot tub.

Are the hot tubs covered?No; they are open to the sky...lie back with a glass of wine and watch the stars!

Can we use the hot tub in the rain/snow?Yes - the water in the tub is hot regardless of the weather.

Are children welcome?Children of all ages are very welcome at Yellowtop. (Child age at Yellowtop includes anyone under the age of 18)

Can I bring my dog?We can allow up to 2 dogs into lodges 3, 10, 11, 14, 18 or 20. We allow 1 dog in Harvest 5. There is a £40 charge per dog per stay. Please be sure to keep your dog on a lead at all times when walking around the site.

Cancellation PolicyIf you are unfortunate enough to have to cancel your booking: The initial deposit is non refundable at any point of cancellation. More than 14 days till the arrival date, when full payment has been made, we will issue a refund minus the value of the initial deposit which is 30% of the booking total. Alternatively, money paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else. Between 14 days and 48hrs until the arrival date, no refund will be made however monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else. Less than 48 hours until the arrival date, no refund will be made and dates are non-transferable, however, the customer may transfer the booking to another party. We advise you to consider taking out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.
